Fares & Passes
The following table contains a list of fares & passes for each area transit agency. Discount fares are available to seniors, disabled persons, persons with a Medicare card, and children on Triangle Transit, DATA, C-Tran, and CAT buses. Please see the individual agency information below.
Regional Passes
If you transfer between agencies along your trip, you can save your money by purchasing a regional day pass for only $4. The pass is good for unlimited rides for the entire day on CAT, C-Tran, DATA and Triangle Transit buses! The regional day pass can be purchased on CAT, C-Tran DATA and Triangle Transit buses. If you transfer between agencies on a regular basis, then you can purchase the Regional 31-Day Pass for $68.
The Regional 31-Day Pass can be purchased at the Triangle Transit Regional Transit Center, Cary Town Hall, Durham Station, or the Moore Square Transit Station in downtown Raleigh. Regional passes can also be purchased at the GoTriangle Online Store 24 hours a day!

Buses operate from the Jones Ferry Park & Ride Lot in Carrboro, the Friday Center Park & Ride Lot, the Southern Village Park & Ride lot located on 15-501 south of town, and University Mall at Estes Drive and 15-501. | Where to Purchase Passes | |||
All passes may be purchased at the Durham Station. The station is open Monday - Saturday from 6am - Midnight, and Sundays/Holidays from 6:30am - 7pm. Photo I.D. cards for reduced fares may be obtained at the DATA Business Office & Operations facility at 1911 Fay Street. The business office & operations facility is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (except Holidays).

Non-discounted Regional and Triangle Transit passes can be purchased online. Triangle Transit and regional passes may be purchased at Triangle Transit Regional Transit Center or by sending a check for the appropriate amount by mail to Triangle Transit, P.O. Box 13787, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709. Regional day passes, 5-day passes, and 31-day passes are also available for purchase at the Durham Station in Downtown Durham and the Moore Square Transit Station Information Booth in Downtown Raleigh.
